Once in operation, we serve as a neutral agent to manage the day-to-day operations and administration for the clients, such as processing RFPs and maintaining confidentiality of partner business information and intellectual property. Our collaborative programs range from simple partnerships to large, single point contracting models for Federal R&D programs, including innovative “Other Transactions” models.
