AP203 E2 File Converter (3.6mb)
This utility converts an AP203 Edition 1 file to an AP203 Edition 2 file.
The version of AP203 Edition 2 that this converter is based on can be found
at
http://www.cax-if.org/documents/AP203e2mim_lf_uc.exp. The zip file
contains all the files needed to run the converter, plus a help file
entitled AP203_converter_installation.html. This file tells the user not
only how to install the converter, but to run it as well. If you have any
